Vice President, ABVP Delhi State have reached Kazen, Russion to be the part of first BRICS Youth
Summit being held in Russia from 1-7 July 2015 in Moscow and Kazan city. This summit will see young leaders, MPs, business people, engineers and public activists from member countries participating in the summit.
Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) as largest student organisation in the world is constantly engaging in policy advocacy in areas of education, youth and issues concerning the larger interests of the country. As the leading voice of youth of India, ABVP aims to build stronger bonds across international platforms like BRICS Youth Summit to strive for bringing solutions to the conflicts in international arena with the philosophy of ‘Vasudheva Kutumbkam’, National General Secretary of ABVP Shreehari Borikar said.
In regards to the aims of BRICS youth dimension, “to find suitable formats for active cooperation in a multicultural and multi-polar world”, ABVP believes that such platforms should work for student to student, youth to youth and people to people cooperation in every walk of life “to integrate young people in the multilateral cooperation of the BRICS countries”.
