ABVP raise Question about Revaluation Fees at University

ABVP karyakarta today  meets Shivaji University Vice Chancellor and Submitted memorandum on " Unjustifiable Revaluation fees" . In an RTE ABVP found that this year University collected More than 1 Crore rupees as Evaluation fees . About 28000 Students Applied for Revaluation . These statistics  show that student dont have believe in Examination system university due to their failure of checking paper correctly  , on other side raise a Question weather student are income source for University .
