Greater knowledge obviously enhances the potential of what can be communicated. To improve the communication skill a karyakarta must have clarity of ideas before expressing them. He should have analysed the core point i.e. the true purpose of interaction. While beginning to talk, he should be very careful about the tone of his voice. He must be seen as helpful and kind.He must be open and ready to receive the feedback. A Karyakarta has to understand the underlying forces in a situation to devise an action plan that ultimately delivers superior performance

ABVP raise Question about Revaluation Fees at University

ABVP karyakarta today  meets Shivaji University Vice Chancellor and Submitted memorandum on " Unjustifiable Revaluation fees" . In an RTE ABVP found that this year University collected More than 1 Crore rupees as Evaluation fees . About 28000 Students Applied for Revaluation . These statistics  show that student dont have believe in Examination system university due to their failure of checking paper correctly  , on other side raise a Question weather student are income source for University .

A Letter From Jamset JI Tata to Swami Ji

Dear Swami Vivekananda,

I trust, you remember me as a fellow-traveler on your voyage from Japan to Chicago. I very much recall at this moment your views on the growth of the ascetic spirit in India, and the duty, not of destroying, but of diverting it into useful channels.

I recall these ideas in connection with my scheme of Research Institute of Science for India, of which you have doubtless heard or read. It seems to me that no better use can be made of the ascetic spirit than the establishment of monasteries or residential halls for men dominated by this spirit, where they should live with ordinary decency, and devote their lives to the cultivation of sciences – natural and humanistic. I am of opinion that, if such a crusade in favor of an asceticism of this kind were undertaken by a competent leader, it would greatly help asceticism, science, and the good name of our common country; and I know not who would make a more fitting general of such a campaign than Vivekananda. Do you think you would care to apply yourself to the mission of galvanizing into life our traditions in this respect? Perhaps you had better begin with a fiery pamphlet rousing our people in this matter. I should cheerfully defray all the expenses of publication.

Adjustment with co-workers is the most important and difficult task. When people of different temperaments come and work together, mutual differences do crop up. It is a universal phenomenon. A cadre based political party is not just a group of people. It has a cause and an ideology that creates a bond, an affinity amongst its followers. It is the cementing factor, which unites and strengthens them. There is a blood relationship between brothers. Blood is always thicker than water, they say.But ideology is thicker than blood even. The inspiration that the karyakartas derive is not from any material gains, but from the fulfillment of higher ideals.

युवक केंद्र बिंदू मानूनच देशाचा विकास शक्य - प्रा. नरेंद्र पाठक

अभाविपच्या प्रदेश कार्यकारणी बैठकीस लातूरमध्ये सुरवात 

           अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषदेच्या प्रदेश कार्यकारणी बैठकीचे उद्घाटन प्रदेश अध्यक्ष प्रा. नरेंद्र पाठक व प्रदेश मंत्री श्री. शैलेंद्र दळवी यांच्या हस्ते झाले. 

          २ दिवस चालणाऱ्या  या बैठकीत अभाविपच्या मागील वर्षाची समीक्षा व आगामी वर्षाची योजना ठरवण्यात येणार आहेत. तंत्रशिक्षण, विद्यार्थी साहित्य संमेलन, अशा अनेक विषयांवर चर्चा होणार आहे. 

          यावेळी बैठकीच्या उद्घाटनपर भाषणात प्रदेश अध्यक्ष प्रा. नरेंद्र पाठक यांनी अभाविपच्या प्रदेश स्तरावरील कामाचा आढावा घेतला.लातूर शहरातील विवेकानंद केंद्र व अभाविपच्या  कामगिरीची माहितीही प्रदेश अध्यक्षांनी  यावेळी दिली.  देशभरात राजकीय व सामाजिक परिवर्तन घडत असताना युवक हा विकासाचा  केंद्रबिंदू राहिला पाहिजे असा आग्रह अभाविपचा असल्याचे  अध्यक्षांनी सांगितले.विद्यार्थी परिषदेने मतदार जागृती नोंदणी अभियान राबवून देशाच्या परिवर्तनाच्या भूमिकेत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभावून स्थिर सरकार दिले. आम्हाला राज्य नाही तर समाज बदलायचा आहे, आमचे काम हे व्यक्तीनिर्मानाचे आहे असे मौलिक विचार त्यांनी यावेळी मांडले. 

 त्याबरोबरच अभाविपचे पूर्व कार्यकर्ते दिवंगत मा. गोपीनाथ मुंडे यांना श्रद्धांजली वाहण्यात आली.

A Karyakarta is expected to influence the process of his organizations activities in setting its goals and achieving them. In doing so, he has to take others along. He has to contact, meet, discuss, exchange ideas with, understand, win and handle many people who are working around him. In this endeavour mutual ooperation and cohesion is essential to have a good inter-personal relationship. Sometimes problems also arise during the process.

यदि महान जागतिक लक्ष्य में हम सफलता प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं तो हमें प्रथम अपना उदाहरण प्रस्तुत करना होगा। हमें विदेशी वादों की मानसिक श्रृंखलाओ और आधुनिक जीवन के विदेशी व्यवहारों तथा अस्थिर 'फैशनों' से अपनी मुक्ति कर लेनी होगी। परानुकरण से बढ़कर राष्ट्र की अन्य कोई अवमानना नहीं हो सकती। हम स्मरण रखें कि अन्धानुकरण का अर्थ प्रगति नहीं होता। वह तो आत्मिक पराधीनता की ओर ले जाता है।
